A: Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: All orders are dispatched same day via the United States Postal Service. If you wish to pay via money order your order will be pending until we receive your money order. Delivery to your residence depends upon the shipping method and your geographical location. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: Shipping charges are based upon the amount of your entire order rather than the weight of the packages. See the shipping rates on our "Shipping Policy" page for more information.
Q: When will I receive my purchased item(s)?
A: We ship out your order the same day providing items are in stock. All standard orders are sent via USPS and will arrive between 1 to 6 business days to arrive to their Continental U.S. destinations.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: FSSI, Inc sends an automated shipping confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided on your order when the package leaves our warehouse. This e-mail will include the carrier name and tracking number (if available). You can visit the carrier's website for detailed tracking information.
Q: What about backorders?
A: FSSI, Inc. strives to have all products available for immediate shipping. However, backorders do occur due to higher-than-expected demand for certain items. Once an item arrives in our warehouse, we will ship within 3 days. FSSI, Inc. will never charge your credit card for an item until the backorder is released for shipping. Items will automatically be placed on backorder and shipped when available. All available items on your order will be shipped right away as we do not hold orders to ship complete.
Q: Do I have to register or log-in? Why not?
A: No, of course not. You can still place your order by proceeding through our shopping cart without registering or signing in. Registration allows us to enhance our service to you by providing you with access to order history, and saved information for ease of future ordering.
Q: Can I save information so I don't have to re-enter it on future orders?
A: Yes. FSSI, Inc. offers a Customer Registration feature which can store shipping information and/or billing and payment information so you don't have to re-enter it on future orders.
Q: What if I forgot my username and password?
A: Your username is the complete e-mail address you signed up with originally. If you forgot your password, you can receive a reminder by clicking the "Lost your password?" link.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of order and we will work with you to make you a happy customer. Exchanges can always be made but if you are exchanging for a higher priced item, we will charge you the difference. If a solution cannot be found, upon return of the item in it's original condition, a refund/credit will be given less shipping. We apologize but shipping charges and custom work are not refundable.

A: "Sign In" and go to your account page and your Account History will be shown. You can access your current order, your order history, and other information you've provided such as your contact information. It's a good idea to keep your information current, particularly the e-mail address.
