Finding Items:

Placing an order at AutoLicensePlatesAndFrames.com is easy. There is no need to create an account. You will need to browse or search for the item(s) you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on the left side; look for the Search picture. When you find an item that interests you, click on its picture or description to go to the product detail page. On the product detail page you will see a larger picture of the license plate or frame and a product description.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart:

When you are ready to purchase an item, click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. This will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping just click the "Continue Shopping" button. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" picture on the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout:

Please take a moment to review the item(s) you've placed in your Shopping Cart. This is where you can update the quantity of your item(s) or empty your cart completely. Click the "Check Out" button. This will take you a secure page which will be the first page of the order form.

3-Page Check Out process:

Please enter your First and Last Name, E-mail address, full address and phone number in case we need to contact you in regard to your order. If the item(s) will be shipped to a different address please check the box and click "Continue Checkout".

Payment Method:

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or check/money orders. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you are paying with PayPal you will be redirected to your invoice and after clicking the "Pay Now!" button you will be redirected to the PayPal Web site.

Shipping Option:

Once you filled in the appropriate information you can proceed by clicking the "Continue Checkout" button. Your invoice/receipt will be shown. Here you can select your shipping option. Select the desired shipping method and click the "Confirm Order" button to finalize your purchase.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order confirmation number will show and we ask you to take note of it. You can review the status of your order by going to the Customer Service page and enter the confirmation number that was given to you. We will send you another e-mail including your USPS tracking number at the time of shipment.
